In this case, the\u00a0<b>Flow<\/b>\u00a0chocolate mould, designed by Wei Loon Tan, was inspired by the sinuosity of oriental rivers.<\/p>\n<p><b>Wei Loon Tan<\/b>\u00a0is\u00a0<b>World Pastry Champion 2019 (Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie)<\/b>, Asian Pastry Champion 2018 and 2014. He heads the Pastry section of APCA Malaysia.wei Loon thinks and works like a scientist and an artist together because &#8216;one cannot live without the other.
