Consisting of a strong, rigid stainless steel blade measuring 145x50mm, short for greater sensitivity. The shaped handle (130×135.mm) in non-slip plastic is suitable for different grips and wraps the blade hermetically (without rivets or screws) for complete safety and hygiene.
