Chocolate scraper – 225×200 mm

Professional scraper designed and produced in Italy by Martellato to meet the needs of the most demanding chocolatiers.
Consisting of a strong 200x95mm rigid stainless steel blade, long for a larger working surface. The handle (130×189,7mm) shaped in non-slip plastic is suitable for different grips and wraps the blade hermetically (without rivets or screws) for complete safety and hygiene.
