Description
Professional scraper designed and produced in Italy by Martellato to meet the needs of the most discerning chocolatiers.
Consisting of a strong, rigid stainless steel blade measuring 145x80mm, short for greater sensitivity. The shaped handle (130×135.mm) in non-slip plastic is suitable for different grips and wraps the blade hermetically (without rivets or screws) for complete safety and hygiene.
